This Week in Beach Volleyball: FIVB Turns Back to Three- And Four-Stars in Edmonton, Espinho

For how long World Championships and the Gstaad Major seemed to drag on, at times, now that it’s in the rearview, it seems to have flown by. Just two majors remain in the beach volleyball season, in Vienna and Rome, at the beginning of August and September, respectively.

Domestic beach volleyball, meanwhile, will have its final weekend off before the return of the AVP, at one of the finest events of the year in Hermosa Beach.
