OC Fast Twitch Exercise Series: Cuban Press

Today, OC Fast Twitch General Manager and trainer Josh Gage takes you through the Cuban Press, a valuable exercise for all but especially beach volleyball players, whose shoulders are notoriously cranky.
And the best part: You can do this anywhere, with virtually anything — “you can even use a can of beans,” Gage said.
“It’s going to warm up the shoulders, rotator cuff,” he said of the Cuban Press. “The thing is, if we’re not in a physiological state to push ourselves, then we don’t get the adaptation we want, and we don’t get stronger.”
