OC Fast Twitch Exercise: Floor Press

Today, OC Fast Twitch general manager and trainer, Josh Gage, explains the process and benefits of the floor press, a dynamic exercise aimed to improve strength and stability in the upper body.
“Drive up and stabilize at the top,” Gage says. “Make sure you want to activate your late. If you don’t, you’re probably pressing wrong. So control it down, pause for a quick second, and then drive it up.”
