SANDCAST Short: Brooke Sweat on What it’s Like to Play With Kerri Walsh Jennings

In 2014, Brooke Sweat and Lauren Fendrick made the first five finals of the AVP season, losing all five to the same team: Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross. The only time Sweat and Fendrick didn’t make the finals? They made the semis, where, again, it was Ross and Walsh Jennings who knocked them out.

Now, after years of playing against Walsh Jennings, Sweat is partnered with her, and the two are making the push to Tokyo. On SANDCAST, Sweat expounds upon what it’s like to play with Walsh Jennings, and how the partnership was formed.
